Taj Banjara Hotel Hyderabad, Hyderabad

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated, but they seemed a bit outdated with old beds and terrible furniture. The location was convenient for my needs, although affected by a waste water pond nearby. The dining options weren't part of my stay, but I heard they offered a good spread. Overall, it was a place with some positives but also noticeable drawbacks.

The hotel offers excellent views and very comfortable wooden flooring in the rooms. While they are clean, they lack the shine expected from a 5-star establishment and appear old and not well-maintained. Unfortunately, despite booking for three adults, a third bed was missing.

The hotel had spacious rooms that were poorly maintained, with old furnishings and cleanliness issues. On the positive side, the staff showed some care, but there were disappointments with cleanliness and service.

The hotel has a slight Taj touch, but the rooms are old and outdated with peeling plaster and drawers that don't open properly. Despite being a Taj property, the non-smoking rooms are just fine, lacking the expected luxury.

The hotel offers clean and tastefully done rooms, although a larger room would have been more comfortable for me and my twins. The service, from the morning buffet to the housekeeping staff, was excellent with awesome cleanliness. The location, close to GVK One & City Center mall, was excellent for my stay, although it could use some updating. The dining experience was very good with cooperative staff, but the lack of space was a downside.
